About the Role

As Yumifys' Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice (and keyboard) behind every customer interaction. You'll help parents find the right snacks for their kids, resolve issues quickly, and make sure every family that reaches out leaves feeling heard and happy.

This is a remote-friendly role based out of our San Francisco HQ. You'll work closely with our small but mighty operations and product teams to make sure customer feedback actually shapes what we build.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and friendly manner
• Help customers find the right Yumifys products for their family's needs
• Resolve product issues, shipping concerns, and order questions with empathy and efficiency
• Collect and relay customer feedback to the product and operations teams
• Process wholesale and bulk order inquiries and route them to the right team member
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Contribute to our FAQ and help documentation to reduce repeat inquiries

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, food, or e-commerce preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Warm, patient, and solution-focused attitude
• Comfortable working with email, chat tools, and basic CRM software
• Passion for healthy living and family wellness is a big plus
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PT (remote-friendly)
